Purpose

Following an appraisal of the in-house stores
provision this decision is to approve the transition to a hybrid
stores model, and procurement of a single materials supplier for
building, plumbing/gas supplies and power tools. Additionally,
approval is sought to opt into and call off from the NEPO219
Building Material framework to secure such and delegate authority
to award to Director of Operations and Regulatory
services.
