Purpose

This report will seek approval for the
development of a new children's home in Wingrove Ward, part funded
by Department for Education capital funding. This home will provide
additional much needed places for children with complex needs and
who have suffered trauma. If approved, it is anticipated that
construction would commence in Summer 2026.
