To seek a delegated
decision to advertise and, in the event that no objections are
received, establish a new puffin signal controlled crossing.

Content

Authorise:
1. that notices in
respect of the establishment of the puffin crossing described in
this report, should be prepared, and advertised in line with the
proposals below, and
2. that in the event
that no objections are received following the period of
consultation the puffin crossing should be established.
