Purpose

Cabinet is asked to approve the award of the
Traffic Signals Additional Supply contract. Following a thorough
evaluation process, a preferred supplier has been identified,
offering proven expertise, innovative technology, and value for
money to support the delivery of our traffic management objectives.
Approval of this recommendation will ensure continuity of service
and enable us to maintain and enhance the efficiency and safety of
our network.

Cabinet agreed to
award a 48 months (24 months plus 1 x 24-month option to extend)
multi-Lot Framework Agreement for the additional supply of traffic
signals equipment and associated products with an estimated value
of £1,500,000 over the life of the contract.
