Purpose

This report seeks approval to
formally opt into the following Regional Framework Agreement,
TPPLPSBUS01 - CSKL & TPPL Bus Framework, so it can be utilised
for the Council’s various Fleet requirements.
NEPO (Northeast Procurement Organisation) & TPPL (The
Procurement Partnership Limited) have led the procurement exercises
on behalf of its Member Authorities.
