Purpose

This report sets out the work that we will do
over next five years to deliver our proposed housing pipeline and
regeneration programme.

Cabinet agreed to:
 

i) 
Accept NECA grants for the first phase of the delivery plan;

 

ii) 
Note the upcoming bids to Homes England, which will be the subject
of a future Cabinet decision;
 

iii) 
Approve a variation to an existing contract between the Council and
New Tyne West Development Company LLP (NTWDC) as the route to
develop the Walker masterplan; and
