iii. 
Listed Building Consent for application reference
2024/0943/01/LBC be conditionally approved subject to the
following conditions:

 
1. 
3 years;
2. 
Approved plans;
3. 
Large scale details of secondary glazing;
4. 
Details of internal doors and
architraves.
 

iv. 
It was also agreed that in the event that a
satisfactory section 106 agreement covering the issues raised above
is not received by 31st August 2026 that the
application be refused for its failure to make adequate provision
in this regard contrary to Policy DEL1 of the CSUCP unless an
extension of time is agreed to the satisfaction of
the Assistant Director Planning in consultation with the
Chair and Vice Chairs of the Planning
Committee. 

 

v. 
It was also agreed that delegated authority
be given to the Assistant Director Planning, in
consultation with the Chair and Vice Chairs of Planning
Committee, to amend, add or omit conditions and
heads of terms of the section 106 legal agreement, where
appropriate, to ensure the application complies with relevant
development plan policies and national planning
guidance.
