Purpose

This decision will seek delegated officer approval to enter into a contract from August 2026 to March 2029 for delivery of the Fathers and Male Carers Enhanced Support service. This service is a city-wide provision which operates as part of the Children and Families Newcastle (CFN) locality offer, promoting the needs, views and inclusion of fathers and male carers, and ensuring they are recognised as key partners in their children’s lives and in family support.
