Purpose

The purpose of this delegated officer report is to brief the Assistant Director of Planning on the outcomes of the Housing and Employment Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) to provide an overview of the key findings and seek agreement of the Assistant Director of Planning to publish the assessment as part of the emerging evidence base for the NewcastleGateshead Local Plan.
