Purpose

To seek a delegated decision to set aside the objections made to the statutory notice for Back Glendale Terrace – Proposed No Waiting at Any Time Restriction.

Decision

The Assistant Director of Transport is recommended to make a Delegated Decision:

1. To set aside the objections received in response to the statutory advertisement for the proposed No Waiting at Any Time Restriction, and
2. That the proposed measures, as described in this report, are introduced without modification.
