Purpose

To seek a delegated decision to advertise and make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) to prohibit the driving of motor vehicles on selected roads throughout the City Centre, in order to facilitate the Remembrance Day Parade 2026. Pedestrian access via footways will be maintained

It is recommended that the Assistant Director of Transport makes a Delegated Decision authorising the Temporary Traffic Regulation Order described in this report.
