Purpose

To seek approval for the Council to grant new tenancy agreements for each of the allotment garden Plots situated at High West Jesmond Allotments site.

Decision

The Director of City Operations, Transport and Neighbourhoods is recommended to authorise:

(a)  The grant of new tenancy agreements by the Council to the successful applicants for allotment garden plots at High West Jesmond Allotments; and

(b)  The Allotment Team Officer to sign and complete the agreements on behalf of the Council.
