Agreement to prosecute through criminal
proceedings for non-compliance with an Enforcement Notice issued on
31 March 2015 at Higher Bidbrook, Ringaton, West Anstey, EX36 3NX.
Furthermore, following such action, agreement to pursue injunctive
action through additional court proceedings to secure compliance
should the owner still not comply with the Enforcement Notice.
Thirdly, agreement to secure the oustanding legal costs secured for
payment via Court Order thorugh a Charging Order on the
property.
