The roof of the Winter Garden cone at the
Landmark Theatre is it end of life and needs replacing. The
covering is beyond repair in a number of areas and letting moisture
into the insulation and through the deck resulting in water egress
in to the performance space below. This project will replace the
roofs water proofing with a ‘Iko’ liquid system. Work
will be completed by an approved contractor and will come with a 20
year single point warranty.
