The Valuation Office Agency are a statutory
Government organisation who carries out Asset Valuations on behalf
of many Local Authorities nationwide and are familiar with Local
Authority asset bases and associated accounting and valuation
procedures. They have also supported us previously and are familiar
with our assets.
