Quotation invitations were sent to 7
contractors 21/03/2023 via the Supply the Southwest Portal 3wk
deadline, only one quotation returned (Inyanga Moon). Decision made
to resend quotation invitations to 4 contractors 05/05/2023, only
one quotation returned within 3wk deadline (Inyanga
Moon).
