Agreement to prosecute through criminal
proceedings for non-compliance with an Enforcement Notice issued on
10 October 2019 at The White Hart Inn, Bratton Fleming, Barnstaple,
EX31 4SA. Furthermore, following such action, agreement to pursue
injunctive action through additional court proceedings to secure
compliance should the owner still not comply with the Enforcement
Notice.
