RESOLVED: That Councillor Keith Hoskins was elected
as Chair of the Council for the Civic Year 2025-26.
 

RESOLVED: That the Council placed on record its
sincere thanks and appreciation to Councillor Clare Billing for her
service as Chair of the Council during the past year and also to
her Consort Elizabeth Leonard for her help and support during her
term of office.
