That the Health, Integration and Performance
Scrutiny Panel be re-named the Health and Care Integration and
Performance Scrutiny Panel.

Reasons for the decision

To bring the name of the above scrutiny panel
up to date with executive roles and responsibilities (of portfolio
holders) to maintain appropriate consistencies.

(Paragraph 10.1.1 of the Delegations to the Assistant Director:
Legal (Monitoring Officer) within the council’s Delegations
to Officers and Appointment of Proper Officers provides for this
delegated decision to be taken by the above-named post
holder).

Alternative options considered

To not change the name of the above scrutiny
panel, which is now considered to be out of date and not consistent
with current executive roles and responsibilities.
