funding sources into Normanby Hall Golf Course for bunker
renovation works.

Renovation will match the quality of 2013 works, ensuring
consistency.

Improvements will boost customer satisfaction, membership, and
revenue. They will also provide efficiencies in bunker maintenance
allowing for resources to be dedicated to other tasks.

Works will address drainage and contamination issues, avoiding
higher future costs, while enhancing the sustainability of the
course.

Funding of £60,000 is secured from revenue, Section 106, and
UKSPF sources.

Alternative options considered

Open market procurement only - could secure
best value but risks delay and inconsistency with previous
works.

Direct appointment of the previous contractor ensures quality and
consistency but does not test market rates; retained as
contingency.

Continue with existing maintenance regime would not fix
deficiencies and risks further deterioration.
