Decision

For the extension of NEC Technical Support
from the CCS Framework RM6168 Lot 1 for a further nine-month
period, utilising a built-in extension.

Reasons for the decision

Given the cross-cutting nature of the support
across multiple projects and the need for close integration with
internal teams, the internal framework was deemed unsuitable. This
service requires continuity and embedded support, particularly for
commissioning, which aligns more closely with an internal team
extension.

Alternative options considered

Choosing not to extend the arrangement would
leave several ongoing projects without NEC Project Manager
support.
