residential access roads as highway maintainable at public
expense.

The extent of Harris View from its connection with adopted length
of Battle Green, Epworth.

Reasons for the decision

The decision permits the council to adopt the
roads, footways, verges, swales, and highway drainage under S278/38
of the 1980 Highways Act, as all works have been completed in
accordance with the approved construction details.
