Decision

To approve the Section 106 Infrastructure
Funding Statement 2024-2025 to be published on the North
Lincolnshire Council website by 31st December 2025 in accordance
with the legislation: Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
Regulations 2019.

Reasons for the decision

Local Planning Authorities (LPAs) are required
to produce an Infrastructure Funding Statement under the amended
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Regulations 2019. The
Infrastructure Funding Statement is produced to set out the details
about planning obligation receipts and anticipated
expenditure.

Alternative options considered

North Lincolnshire Council reject publishing
the Infrastructure Funding Statement. This will mean North
Lincolnshire Council will not have complied with regulations set by
government.
