To approve the Public Protection Fees and
Charges for 2023/24.

Reasons for the decision

A report collaboratively presented by the Head
of Service Trading Standards and Head of Environmental Health
detailing the individual fees and charges and the rationale for any
proposed increase in 2023/24. All fees and charges were detailed in
the accompanying appendix. Report has been signed off by the
Director – Economy & Environment.
