Purpose

This report seeks a delegated decision to advertise and, in the event that no objections are received, make amendments to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside (On Street Parking Places)(Consolidation) Order 2026 in order to enable additional permit applications to be made for the NS3 permit parking scheme which operates in a number of streets in North Shields.
