Purpose
Cabinet are recommended to agree on 16 March 2026 for the Director of Adult Services in consultation with the Director of Resources and Head of Law to enter into an Agreement under section 75 of the National Health Service Act 2006 and to implement the financial and administrative arrangements for the Better Care Fund. This decision is to enter this s75 Agreement.
