Purpose

At Cabinet on 16 March 2026 Cabinet are unable to agree the Better Care Fund (BCF) Planning Templates as they had not yet been published by the Department of Health and Social Care therefore Cabinet are recommended to agree authorization for the Director of Adult Services in conjunction with the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and the Chair of the Health and Wellbeing Board to agree the Planning Template before submission. This decision approves the final BCF Planning Templates.
