Purpose

This Record of Decision relates to the approval given by the Head of Finance acting on behalf of the Interim Director of Resources to exercise his E.32 delegation as set out in the Authority’s Financial Regulations (June 2025) to accept the Grant Funding referred to in the report and to agree to the Authority entering into the Grant Funding Agreement (GFA) with the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority.
