Purpose

This report seeks approval from the Interim Director of Resources to not apply an exemption from the Council Tax long term Empty Home Premium for the individuals and property referred to in Section 1.5 of this report. The Interim Director of Resources has been given delegated authority under R22 of the Officer Delegation Scheme which forms part of the Authority’s Constitution.
