To appoint Richard Bate as a YORWASTE LIMITED director.

Reasons for the decision

Following Alexander Boyle's resignation as a director of YORWASTE LIMITED, the decision has been made to appoint a new director to maintain the Board's complement of six directors.

YORWASTE LIMITED’s Articles of Association require the company to have a minimum of five directors at all times. Maintaining six directors will support the effective governance of the company and promote organisational resilience.

The following options were considered and rejected:
