Purpose

This report provides an update on the
Bailiffgate at Northumberland Hall project which forms part of the
Alnwick Borderlands Place Programme in Northumberland and seeks
Cabinet approval regarding the Community Asset Transfer (CAT) and
Lease of Northumberland Hall, Alnwick to Bailiffgate Museum and
Gallery.

Decision

RESOLVED that:-
 
(a)      Cabinet
note the updates in relation to the Bailiffgate at Northumberland
Hall project;
 
(b)      Cabinet
endorse the approval of the Community Asset Transfer (CAT) and
Lease for the Northumberland Hall building in Alnwick to
Bailiffgate Museum & Gallery; and
 
(c)     
authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Place and
Regeneration to approve the above CAT and Lease, subject to
compliance with subsidy control requirements.
