Permission to Tender and Award Contract.

Decision

RESOLVED that:-

(a)      Cabinet note the contents of this report, the key issues and background;

(b)      Cabinet authorise the Executive Director of Public Health, Stronger Communities and Inequalities to proceed with the commissioning and procurement exercise via procurement route, Public Sector Regime Direct Award C; and

(c)      authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Public Health, Stronger Communities & Inequalities to approve the award of contract.
