Purpose
This report responds to the previously published Northumberland Food Strategy and sets out a proposed Council Food Action Plan and governance structure.
Decision
RESOLVED that:-
(a) Cabinet note the progress made to promote Northumberland’s local food story through Taste of Northumberland, and wider activity related to the Northumberland Food Strategy; and
(b) Cabinet endorse the Northumberland County Council Food Action Plan and proposed approach to governance and reporting.
