Purpose
The report is to inform on financial performance of the Housing Revenue Account against budget as at June 2026
Decision
RESOLVED that the following be noted:
(a) the projected outturn on the HRA revenue budget in Section 6 of this report;
(b) the projected outturn on the HRA capital budget in Section 7 of this report;
(c) the use of reserves shown at Appendix A; and
(d) the details of the capital project reprofiling shown in Appendix B.
