About

The Licensing Committee can set up a Sub-Committee or Panel to handle issues outlined in the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005, as well as any other matters referred to it by the relevant Officer, the Committee, or the Council. This includes: The Licensing Panel will consist of at least three Elected Members from the Licensing Committee. A minimum of three Members is required for the Panel to meet. The Committee can create more than one Licensing Panel, and the Members can rotate between the Panels as needed.
