contract award and to enter into a call-off contractor with JLA
(HVAC) Limited to supply, on a hire basis, and install additional
heating to Tommyfield Market for the autumn / winter
months.

under Lot 4 of the Construction and Highways Works and Services
Framework Agreement for the hire and installation of necessary
additional heating to Tommyfield Market.
