Approve appointment of Aspinall Verdi to carry out a Local Plan
Viability Assessment.

Reasons for the decision

Option 1: To approve appointment of Aspinall
Verdi to carry out a Local Plan Viability Assessment. This will
provide an up to date, informed piece of evidence base.

Option 2: To not approve appointment of Aspinall Verdi to carry out
a Local Plan Viability Assessment. This will result in a less
robust and informed evidence base.
