The Cabinet decided to approve the publication of Oldham Council's Housing Delivery Action Plan 2025 on 16th June 2025. This plan addresses the council's housing delivery rate falling below 95% of its housing need. The plan includes actions to improve capacity and processes, increase the delivery of sites on brownfield land, and deliver the council's ambition to improve and increase the housing offer within Oldham.
