RESOLVED - That:
Jacobs U.K. Limited be awarded the compilation of the Final
Business Case for the CRSTS - Mumps scheme, through TfGM’s
Professional Services Framework

Reasons for the decision

As detailed in purposes section. Option 1 -
Give approval to commission Jacobs U.K. Limited via a direct award
on the TfGM Professional Services 2021 framework
Option 2 - Do not accept option and risk delays to FBC and scheme
delivery programme
