Purpose

The recommendations will allow the Council to
complete the fit out of the Egyptian Room within the existing
contract in order to open a food-hall.

RESOLVED - That:
The existing contract with The HUB Consulting Limited may be varied
to undertake final fit out works, adhere to contract obligations
and extend the appointments of the existing professional team until
practical completion.
