Purpose

The Council has undertaken a tender in
partnership with Pendle Council to obtain a supplier to provide
Merchant Acquiring Services (payment of services via debit and
credit cards) to both Councils. Following a compliant procurement
process it is proposed to appoint Cardnet Merchant Services Limited
(Cardnet) as the supplier from 01/08/2023.

RESOLVED - That:The Council appoints and enter
into a contract with Cardnet as the supplier of Merchant Acquiring
Services from 01/08/2023.
