Purpose

Oldham Council currently provides public space
CCTV services, and currently has 150 public space cameras and 90
non-public space cameras situated around the Borough. This report
seeks capital investment of £328,345 along with authority to
commission an upgrade to the hardware and software supporting the
network including the replacement of monitors and the video wall in
the control room which operates 24/7 and 365 days of the
year.
