Purpose

In the absence of low-level mental health
support for those with co-occurring conditions, treatment and
recovery for those engaged with the substance misuse service will
be less effective.

RESOLVED - That: the Council should proceed to
market and tender the opportunity to provide low level mental
health support for those with co-occurring conditions. The total
available budget for this is £24,500.
