Purpose

To approve a contract variation is awarded to
the existing contractor The Hub Consulting Limited (T/A The Hub).
Under the Contract Procedure Rules, it is proposed to apply an
Exemption utilising Rule 21.3 (h) of Public Contract Regulations
2015.

Content

RESOLVED - That approval is provided to enable
the existing contractor to undertake additional variations so that
the project can be delivered without slippage of programme or
impact on existing budget.
