DECISION

That the changes made to the Forward Work Programme, as set out in the report, be noted:

(a)  That the Social Care Director's Report be moved to November 2026.

(b)  That the Age Friendly Communities Strategy be moved to November 2026.

(c)  That the Third Sector Grants be moved to January 2027.

(d)  That the following items be added to the March 2027 agenda:

(i)  An update from LLAIS

(ii)  Support and Funding for Palliative Care

(iii)Disabled Facilities Grants

(iv) Adult Services Service Improvement Plan Update

(e)  That the Wellbeing Act Compliance item be presented via a Member Development Session.

(f)  That the Reablement Balance be retitled to Reablement to Support Hospital Flow.
