DECISION

(a)  That the progress made in implementing the changes to the In-House Day Opportunities Service, and the successful interim transition to community-based provision, be noted.

(b)  That the positive outcomes achieved for individuals accessing services be noted.

(c)  That the commitment and contribution of staff, carers, community partners and stakeholders in supporting the transition be noted.

(d)  That any scrutiny on the current service delivery model for in-house day opportunities be identified when appropriate.
