Councillor Steve Alderman declared a personal and prejudicial interest by virtue of being a member of the liaison committee but had received dispensation from the Standards Committee to speak and vote.

Councillor Tony Wilcox declared a personal and prejudicial interest by virtue of being a member of the liaison committee but had received dispensation from the Standards Committee to speak and vote and a personal interest by virtue of a close family member being employed by Valero Refinery.

Councillor Alec Cormack declared a personal and prejudicial interest by virtue of being an Authority appointed member of the liaison committee.
