DECISION

That delegated authority be granted to the Director of Education (or person authorised by them) to award grants to childcare settings to deliver the Flying Start funded childcare offer up to the end of the 2027/28 financial year.

Reason for Decision: Approval is required to award contracts to childcare providers to deliver funded childcare in accordance with the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules and Financial Procedure Rules.
