DECISION

(a)  That approval be granted to recategorize the parcel of Housing Revenue Account (HRA) land at 3 Bryn Golau, Trefgarn Owen as surplus to operational requirements to enable the asset to be disposed of.

(b)  That approval be granted for the disposal of the parcel of garden land from the Council's HRA stock at 3 Bryn Golau, Trefgarn Owen, to be purchased by the owner of the neighbouring property, Tegfan, Trefgarn Owen, SA62 6NG.

Reason for Decision: To generate a capital receipt and reduce maintenance responsibilities.
