Purpose

Authorisation to proceed with planned capital works to the Key
Theatre and delegated to authority to appoint contractors to
undertake works following a competitive tender process.

Decision

 
Cabinet resolved unanimously to:
 

Acknowledge the planned works required at the Key Theatre,
and 

 

Delegate authority to the Executive Director of Corporate
Services and S151 Officer to award the contract for programmed
works at the Key theatre following a procurement compliant
competitive tender exercise.
